At Ezra Cleaning and Organising Solutions, we're committed to your satisfaction. We strive to provide exceptional services every time. However, we understand that sometimes things might not go exactly as planned. This policy outlines how we handle refunds.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with a specific area of your services, please notify us within 24 hours of your service completion. We'll gladly return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge. This re-clean must be scheduled within 72 hours of your original service.
When Refunds May Be Considered
Full or partial refunds are considered in rare circumstances, such as:
• Failure to rectify the issue after a re-clean: If, after our re-clean attempt, you're still not satisfied with the specific area, you may be eligible for a partial refund for that portion of the service.
• Service not performed as agreed: If a significant portion of the agreed-upon service was not completed due to our oversight.
What Our Policy Does Not Cover
Please note that our refund policy does not cover:
• Dissatisfaction due to factors outside our control: This includes pre-existing damage, excessive clutter preventing access, or issues related to items not part of the agreed-upon cleaning scope.
• Notification outside the 24-hour window: We cannot offer re-cleans or refunds if we are not notified within 24 hours of the service completion.
• Subjective dissatisfaction: While we aim for perfection, cleaning is sometimes subjective. Our guarantee focuses on rectifying specific missed areas, not a general feeling of dissatisfaction without a clear reason.
• Cancellation fees or last-minute rescheduling fees.
How to Request a Refund
To request a re-clean or discuss a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning service via the given phone number or Email address. Please provide:
• Your name and service date.
• A clear description of the issue.
• Any supporting photos, if applicable.
We will review your request promptly and work with you to find a fair resolution.
